Back in september 2007 Tim Brady was jailed for 10 weeks for speeding in his companies Porsche.
A polica constable for Abingdon police (oxfordshire police) clocked Mr brady doing 172MPH, which is the equivalent of 77 metres per second and 3 miles a minuit, and took him 681 metres to stop.
This car is capable of speeds up to 190 MPH.
172MPH is the fastest speed anyone in the UK has been caught doing and been prosecuted for.
This porsche 911 TURBO which he borrowed of the luxury hire company he works for is worth £98,000.
But this man paid the price for a few minuits dangerous fun.
